In case of a dispute related to the use of this website or the services provided by JM Investments, both parties agree to make efforts to resolve the issue amicably.

If an agreement cannot be reached, the consumer may resort to CIAB – Consumer Information, Mediation and Arbitration Center of Vale do Cávado, the competent alternative dispute resolution entity for the Braga region.

Additionally, according to Regulation (EU) 524/2013, consumers can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution Platform, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

If alternative resolution is not feasible, any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the Braga district, unless otherwise provided by law.
